Like the design. Don't want a surfboard phone.
The only devices interesting so far are the Galaxy Fold and Mate X. If it isn't foldable, don't bother. Boring.
Sony are still behind the South Koreas and Chinese.

Sony make there own:
1. Micro OLED EVF for cameras (Alfa, Panasonic, Canon, Nikon etc). Sony have micro OLED 1600x1400@0.7inch@240Hz@1000cd/m2.
2. OLED panels for professional reference monitor - and Sony won Emmy award for best OLED monitor in history.

Personally, want a 16:9, but if being forced to choose between this and 18:9, 21:9 is smarter, cause at least most cinema media suppport it in full, whereas 18:9 is a nowhere, not TV nor cinema standard, with extra black bars anyway you turn it.

Most interesting and innovative phone of this WMC, no doubt. Those video and photo capabilities especially, are just... in a higher league of its own.
And it has NO screen notch and NO screen specks! Thanks God!
Can swallow the elongated nonsens aspect screen pill easily as long as it doesnt come with even the worse, screen notch or a speck.
Shame for lame hybrid stereo and no 3.5 mm jack, tho. I dont buy phones with lame sound implementation.

Im actually dare I say it, really excited for this handset.
We all know that Sony has an amazing history behind it, so im hoping just for once that they can over perform on a smartphone delivery as its been long overdue.
