The 320 USD ones are bad options as they are closely priced to the better performaning RTX 2060.
But anyways for 279 USD the GTX 1660 ti is an absolute beast. But sadly in India due to taxes these 279 USD cards exceed 370 dollars when purchased in India.

Predator X21 is far superior compared to this with all its features.

In that test They have used Asus Strix that cost $329 so it gives too good picture about this product. It is ok gpu though. But it is not that fast if you get normal $279 version.

I haven't had a PC for 6 years and the Playstation 4 broke recently, but I'm in need of a great computer handling stuff for work, studies, programming and old as well as newer games (not max settings).

Max 700-800€, could it work? Any great international forums for this except reddit?

I have already 1070 GTX there is no reason to buy this underperformance GPU, they tried to play it "Apple" with prices over 1K+ and they totally failed...!!!
I hope the 3xxx series to bring them to the normal price reality!!!

However, the storage is an important factor for user experience, and I would at least get a normal SSD, if possible a NVMe m.2 SSD, because it's not just about booting up, but also loading programs or anything that involves loading. I would never ever use a HDD as a main drive in 2019, period.

Anonymous, 23 Feb 2019sub 300 price range should be what a home PC needs. video ... moreActually top-spec'd PC, without a GPU, costs more than an RTX 2080 Ti or the Titan RTX. Also a quality monitor costs about 500-600 minimum, but you can't really expect too much from a sub 1000 euro monitor after all. Prices are high, but that gets you top-specs.

If you're talking about reasonable component choices to get a moderately fast PC, then yeah. But top-spec, not even close.

For booting up, you don't even need decdicated SSD for fastboot. Some of HDDs do come with that as well. 8GB RAM would also be nice, but not an essential for low end home PCs.

But in general, you could get sub £4-500 PC on a budget. This GPU isn't even that expensive, and will provide power far superior to gaming console (so called ps4 'pro' for example.) Combined with far extensive gaming library (that can also be accessed cheap as well as K&B) its a better deal in the long run.

Ps when u complain when you got sub £400 PC and complain that GPU is just as expensive
