The last iteration of Lenovo Tab seven was a very good phablet? It is the best gadget one can purchase for those who would like to review documents, or type documents on the move, or those who consume multimedia (streaming television, you tube videos etc). The phablets are also very good for elderly parents and young children. The major problem with gadgets for children is that Android does not have good family settings. Lenovo should beef up these phablets with family settings or parental settings as well.

Well, if they don't release their good phones here, save money and wait till the Asus Zenfone 6, that will satisfy you completely. But you'll have to wait till the release at 14 May to buy it.

Alex 94, 25 Feb 2019Sd 450, one back camera and 5 mp front for 250€ ?! Hah.Well, it mostly focused on multimedia capabilities. A phone mainly for media consumption with Dolby Audio front speakers. They are not pulling any claim as a selfie smartphone or anything. Android Pie out of the box is appreciated.

yes I know the sd 450 is prettyow spec, I don't know where those folk are from, but trying to find ANY decent tablet with proper network connection and phone call capability is almost impossible here in the UK, because of this, I still use my original Samsung gtp 1000, because its just a giant phone, that was the biggest killer for me against the Nexus lte, no matter how you hacked it, Google hardware crippled it on purpose so that it couldn't be used as a giant smartphone...We also had a problem in the uk in that networks would block normal phone sims in tablets and try and force folk to use mobile broadband sims, with data costs 4 times more expensive than "normal" sims, their excuse was, bigger screens meant more pixels, so more data transfered !!! I had to point out to them that my htc HD2 had much higher pixel density than any tablet at the time, so why nit block them as well if that was their argument !! if I'd been rich, I'd have forced them into court to use that argument to get ban lifted, some time in last few years they have dropped those stupid ideas, meaning devices like this are ideal for folk like me, who want a tablet, not a phablets, the stereo speakers on this are what I want, otherwise it has to be a zte axon 7 (full size) which is smaller screen...

Budget smartphone? You mean budgeted-specs smartphone. Cost cutting on chipset and cameras. Well, doesnt look like it that far from the likes of Vivo and Oppo SD450 devices with similar specs and price. I seen more expensive SD450 devices from Vivo. The FHD+ is a nice touch. Most phone with that chipset opt for only HD+.

Yes, it seems that they are only interested in getting good phones at a reasonable price in China. Maybe Motorola is guilty of it, they do not want to overshadow their sub-brand, but unfortunately what they offer is overvalued and overpriced. We still have some MWC days... but my hopes of a Global Lenovo Z6 at good price are low now...

Well the price is a joke... I thought it would be around $150 with those terrible specs...
