too expensive, meizu is lower name than xiaomi so their flagships should be cheaper than xiaomi's

There is so many issues, from problems with notifications, problems with some sensors, problems with camera. They always have some weird problem with their cameras despite the fact they use pretty decent sensors. Like missing eis, weird exposure settings, autofocus, weird codecs etc... i dont remember it correctly but i think Meizu 16th had a weird problem with 4k videos, when half of the frame was just grey colour.

My only problem with the design is the rounded corners. They're too rounded and makes the phone look childish. Otherwise, I think it's much better than a hole or a notch

That is exactly how u do near bezeless design without notches/holes. U squeeze everything u can to the extreme. This is the highest screen to body I bet. It's quite a design achievement at least until hidden under display front cam is actually possible.

I got a first look at all three galaxy S10 phones today and what struck me was how low resolution the screen on the s10e looks despite the smaller diagonal, this is due to the pentile subpixel layout of amoled, phone makers really need to go with 1440p screens for oled displays. Meizu used to have a 1440p screen, unfortunately they have abandoned it like the other Chinese phone makers.

fk yes, so many smartphones are into selfy cameras for some reason, so many of us don't really care about it and it has OIS!!! lucky xiaomi Meizu isn't release this phone till mid this year can't wait!!

Such a smart idea. I support this approach !
It sounds to me like this is a flagship like device without a glass back !
At least I hope so. If they would have made it waterproof I would buy it for sure.
But hopeless from a Chinese or Asian smartphone manufacturer (currently). :(
