Chinese Goverment?, 07 Mar 2019Would the Chinese communist government allow a Chinese comp... moreWrong, what kind of system some country have is not important at all, that is illusion. What is important is how much people in some country are educated and in which way, people make the system, and how that system will act. People often forget that North Korea is democratic country, also they often forget that all democratic countries have prisons like Guantanamo, same thing is in communist countries...people are important, because residents work in that system, they ARE the system and make how that system will behave, and you can call that system the way you want...

Akinaro, 07 Mar 2019Spying what? Most of data including gov ones, are leaked by... moreHonestly I don't even give a damn as to who is spying on who really, because clearly, everyone wants our data. Spying? Not really, but it's sort of "embedded" into this word called selling. I'm very sure you've come across these words quite often, "Terms & Conditions". Every website, every app, have different terms and conditions, but there's one thing in common in them; gaining access to your data. Once you've accepted the terms and conditions of the website or app, u basically just sold off your own data, and as of now, there's no way u can escape it. So this "spying" thing not only applies to HUAWEI, but to other websites and apps too, with the inclusion of these brands of course

If Huawei wins that means what Huawei is claiming is right, and if US government wins then US is right. That's all. It might sound a bit ironic but if you really want to live in a country where the government can control courts when foreign companies are trying to sue them, I can suggest you the best place: China.

And yeah, as a gay person I will never support a communist country that kills people like me in "concentration" and "rehabilitation" camps, not to mention the restrictions on the internet and people's rights.

I'm sure both happens already. But US makes China looking bad while they're surely not better or maybe even worse.

American: In general barely talks about privacy and security, not even on (fancy) tech websites. Awareness is rather low. Generally doesn't think US government wants ALL of your data and control everything - or at least being able to.
Rest of the world people: Also barely talks about that topic, but slightly more aware of this topic. Knows - thanks to Snowden - a bit about US government's spy activities.

So, people in general don't care. American people aren't worried about their own government and its spy activities.

Again, I'm speaking of people in general (including lots of trolling people / fanboys here).

It can sue those, has the right to challenge those
but those also have the right to defend it
and they gonna cut its head off just like Alpha did.

This is where a weakness in democracy can be exploited.
If they win in a democratic court, it just shows courts don't have enough power to fight off foreign espionage.

Only spy know that they being spied. Real example,we don't know whether we being spied or not because we are not special agent aren't we?

US is just afraid that Huawei will take over competition on network equipment which will increase China's economic leverage. China has already surpassed US and US cannot sustain in its trade war anymore. Just waiting for this country to enter recession or economic crisis. US is only good with their product marketing and branding, it doesn't have quality.
