Huawei sues U.S. Government over unconstitutional ban of Huawei equipment

Huawei is moving to sue the U.S. Government for unconstitutional treatment of the company without due process.

Huawei is using USA laws against them where you can have free market and fair trials, now they will have to find a real clue that huawei is spying for the government, let’s see how USA will respond

      US economy is going down because of chinese and the trade war but in the long term it will be good. Huawei die will you. I love it.

              The United States has a very poor and uninspiring history of abusing its dominant position. Whether its sports with Armstrong (and likely many other American sportspersons) using drugs to win the Tour de France for 6-7 years; to the Obama Administration asministering coups and wars in the Arab Spring nations, or to wiping out Iraq and so many others under fake WMD stories; to spreading carcinogenic GMO foods to the world; to systematically destroying healthy food all over the world; to so many other things. It's like UK of the last 200 years or so. It's existence is against the free will of mankind.

              Hopefully the rise of China will pave the way for the stopping of this dominant position abuse in all spheres.

                every countries have difference economy policies. US use free market in their economy, so huawei have the right to challenge those accusation and decision make by US government. long story short, huawei by default have RIGHT to do their business in US soil based on US economy policy but US government intervene and ban them without any solid proof. those action deny huawei RIGHT to do business even they have RIGHT within US policy. As for China, they use different policy all together and not free market policy like US. China government control 100% decision within the country.

                      Then they should also sue Japan, Canada, and Australia. Oddly enough as I'm typing this, they're actually preparing to.

                        US of A government is so full of hypocrites. For a country crying freedom all the time, you put CCTVs everywhere, wiretap your own carriers, and prevent healthy competition by placing bans on products that threatens your hegemony.

                        Utopia? More like dystopia for me. :P

                          huawei must be banned by google ... because not allowing to unlock the bootloader is anti GNU.

                          Google itself allows unlocking the BL for their pixel device !

                            Spying what? Most of data including gov ones, are leaked by US them self... Huawei have no real use of spying, they have more power and money just by making hardware, because You like it or not Huawei with Ericsson are biggest players in communication industry. They already move most of bandwidth in world...
