    It's not optical zoom. Nothing to be excited about.

      10x digital zoom is boring. they should focus on making a better phone instead. not just false advertising that gsma clearly fall for.

        Surfing the net is better on a 24 inch screen than on a 6 inch one. Dedicated TVs are better than a 1080p screen phablet. A dedicated camera is better than the one on the phone. An optical viewfinder is better than an electronic one.
        All in all, a phone can do more things than a TV, camera or a PC, but it can't do it better than a TV, camera or a PC.

          And about 1080p screens big phablet phones and how if we care about media consumption so much dedicated TVs were better?

          How about how stupid is was to put cameras on smartphones at all was stupid as we good just carry a dedicated pocket camera?

          Didn't people even say we had to have mirrors when we just started to push mirror less cameras??



            What happened to the 5x Optical Zoom Oppo camera? Fid it move beyond prototype? Any pictures or hands-on?

              This is the only oled smartphone I'll compromise with, make this baby have super vooc please

                For Gods sake, if a camera means so much to you, buy a proper camera, and be done with it. The most expensive phone camera in the next 10 years won't come near to the cheapest DSLR or mirrorless camera today.

                  I guess its the next thing you will miss in your new flagship. Well depends on the brand, huawei will come with that soon.

                    Sounds good but how will it compare to the Huawei P30 pro??

                        If Oppo is not making camera bumps and they have some sweet innovative camera tech, I hope the phone is like 9 to 10 mm thick because I want those sensors to be big like 1/1.9 or 1/1.8.

                        A headphone jack is a plus too.
