Huawei has been killing in camera department but I really hope they improve video this time their stills are one of the best and Huawei really has alot of haters

They give updates very rare and nothing new. Why we on our mate 20 pro can not get 4k 60p just like on pocophone? We only got macrozoom as separate option. That is joke. We want new possibilities and more option in emui.

Huawei updates are always spotty. I like Huawei phones and tablets but their spotty and overly complicated OTA system is definitely a downside.
Xiaomi has a Global ROM and China ROM. Everybody on the Global ROM is running the same ROM build at the same time.
With Huawei even on their unlocked phones people in different countries and regions are all on different build numbers and the build numbers don't even necessarily correspond--there are at least 3 different build numbers that have the January security patch.

If something isn't good w... moreAgain, sales isn't equal to quality. There are junk games that generates millions in cash (Most ad-filled and IAP-filled mobile games) and have millions of users. But they are nowhere near other (console/PC) games in quality.
You'd say Zelda: Breath Of The Wild is worse than Fortnite? Or PUBG? BOTW has less players than either of those games. But BOTW is objectively better in every aspect

Consumers around the world have begun to become more aware of being ripped off by corporations and have taken action by choosing more cost-effective products.
Last year (2018), Huawei already sold more phones than Apple. And this was done without having a major presence in the USA. Imagine if iphones were banned in China, I doubt Apple would be able to stay in the top 3 on the sales chart.
Huawei stated they want to reach the #1 spot in phones sales. I think they will get there in 2-3 years.
With so many new brands on the market, the old timers Apple and Samsung have become stale..

Emui is terrible and they do not allow us to change it. No matter how hardware is good on the next phone, software is below average. 4K video on my mate 20 pro is mediocre at the best. No more Huawei !!!

In the S10 the photo dynamic range has been improved A Lot (in all online photos I see it coming out on top, having more than any other smartphone right now, barring none), and the video one too in the HDR 10 setting. Plus it now sports a triple camera with the Best Wide angle on any smartphone. And the screen is the best. Way better than anything else out there. The fingerprint sensor response has already been improved by a firmware update. I also suspect the night photos (the only weakness), will be improved substantially by a firmware update.
Samsung are generous with giving a fast charger, the AKG headphones and the wireless earbuds/something else. Plus their exchange is great too. You can always sell some accessories and get a discount.

The S10 doesn't offer anything very exclusive to put them apart they just refinded was was done last year
Maybe this time around though the 855 will remain king even when the mate 30 drops because of its insane gpu

While I haven't been tempted enough to buy a Huawei yet, I do appreciate the radical designs in camera and computational photography that Huawei is taking. I also don't believe the bs about Huawei spying on its users any more than Google and iPhone doing it.
I do hope the noise reduction and watercolour effect of their photos has been toned down considerably. That was an issue that needed to be resolved. Its smartphones have some serious dynamic range and I find rheirnlow light better than the Pixel. Pike I have already mentioned, the periscope lens has a serious design flaw of light loss. If Hiawei has been able to overcome it, they have a winner at hand. If not, I will post how it can be overcome simply.
Regardless, the S10 series seems to be the phone to beat this year. It has a lot of things in the superlate and many things that are very close.

There is not a single leak that suggests 10x hybrid zoom (= 10x27=270mm. ). There is only evidence for 5x zoom (125/27 = 4.6...)
