I just switched from Mate 20 Pro to S10+
Huawei - great great phone. Great Camera. Great battery
I swithched for the better stereo speakers, wider angle of the wide angle camera and the Samsung UI that I personally prefer much much more than EMUI that I can't work with.

I'm so close to buying one. In Denmark the phone has dropped significantly in price. I'm just so worried about getting a defective unit with the green screen bleeding.

You get better camera but worse software and performan... morei dunno bout that. but had tried the mate 20 pro. the performance was fantastic and i see nothing nothing wrong from the software also (take that from a solid pixel user btw). i dunno where this hate on huawei software came from. the only reason i came back to pixel 3 is because well the mate 20 pro i tried is not mine. lols. its all about the personal preference when it comes to the software i guess.

4k video is disaster !!! They do not allow us to have 4k 60p like all other flagships. Speakers are joke. Emui do not have many options and features. Bootloader is locked. Huawei will not see mu money anymore.

Xiaomi:
Worse screen, mono audio, no ip rating, worse camera, iOS copycat UI, slower charging, cheap materrials, 1080p, smaller battery
A cellphone is whole package, not only CPU and amount of memory. I'd rather have SD625 and great everything else than SD855 with the rest just average.

Having battery which can or cannot be replaced on its own jack or no bootloader or no it have nothing to do with using your phone to 100% its functionality.
