The eth... morewhile i partially agree that politics is somehow connected. i do believe that as a tech website, what our major concern here are well the marvels in technology and innovation. we must establish a fine line between the tech we are talking about and the politics that is connected to it. while i am not saying that huawei or any chinese tech is innocent, i do believe that some shady things could be in the works(who doesnt anyways, america included) . however as i enter this website or any tech website, i set aside those presumptions because frankly thats not what i came here for. here in this tech website, i see tech at face value, its features and innovation. thats why i also give respect for these companies for the contribution and work they did for the tech world.

And about politics: zte getting support from their government is not a hidden issue. So even though it's a tech related matter, it's not unrelated to politics too.

Second, what you said about Chinese people's ethics was pure racism, which does not belong to anywhere. Third, the so-called spy allegations against Huawei have never been proved by anyone. British and Germany have been testing/monitoring Huawei's devices for many years and never found any evidence supporting the allegations. The wireless carriers in Europe said the US government failed to provide evidence too. All the Americans said is Huawei "could" do so.

Having spent some time with a prototype Xperia 1 recently I can say that while it won't match the P30 Pros amazing zoom capabilities it will certainly give it a run for money in actual image quality. A lot of people are writing Sony off and I don't blame them, the XZ2 and XZ3 cameras were extremely poor but they are about to surprise a lot of people with the X1.
