These ads are supposedly checked by Google and Google charges a fee to the initial ad owner
How can this have gone on so long with so many monthly security check

wewew, 23 Mar 2019damnnn I shall factory reset my phone now This is not a virus, the article says that some advertisement companies use shady code to play multiple ads on your phone when you-re only seeing one. If you have some of those apps that will play ads every few minute you are using it, then simply uninstall those, or better yet, do nothing unless you think there is an actual issue with your phone.
