Except the pop-up camera which may cause problems after some time and possibly lower display resolution the OnePlus 7 seems to me like a phone with best features compared to its price. Sure you can compare it with Samsung S10/S10+ but all you get is much pricier device with small battery, slow Android updates and to me ugly design. But all depends what features are important to you.

But the 6t launched at about more than 600 usd in malaysia and that was the base version

Shui8, 26 Mar 2019I smell a price hike hurmmm....maybe it will be $700.I don't think so. There will indeed be a price hike, but it will be minor & in line with previous ones. Base version might be around $579 & go upto $659. 5G version will probably be around $700 though, and that's reasonable.

All brands are raising prices, not just OnePlus.

Shui8, 26 Mar 2019I smell a price hike hurmmm....maybe it will be $700.Yup! it looks like the premium version shall cost around $700, which if it does, will be at the same page as of Samsung, Huawei and Apple and I don't think anyone would buy this at that price because it lacks many features that other companies provide.

If it confirms, it will look much better than Huawei and Samsung flagships.

Let's hope at least two of those cameras are useful this time. No more portrait mode cameras. The primary 48 MP quad-bayer camera has proven itself a good one, so it is good to see it here.

It does look good overall. Revised design. No flaws in the display. High-end specs. All looking good at the moment.

Popup camera is OK, but without selfie camera at all would be better. 4000mAh battery is very good. Biggest problem of Oneplus phones is the very high SAR-value (radiation), approx. 1.4 - 1.6 W/kg! Oneplus should bring the SAR down to LG and Samsung (around 0.2 - 0.5) and not get stuck in the range of Apple and Huawei (> 1.4 W/kg).
