What matters is how stable the UI is in order to get the best out of the processor with minimal battery usage.

this is quite funny. props to xaomi. however, kirin 980 is not so bad. if im huawei and they release the m30 series with the newest chipset while xiaomi uses the 855 now in new phones later this year, i would let them taste this memes of theirs. the next kirin just doest coincide with the latest p series.

But the kirin 980 is an older chipset. Its from the generation last year that competed against the Snapdragon 845. .
