Too large for my liking. No affections from me.
Plus whats with all these phones makers nowadays.. colors for the backside.. but the front is still that same BLACK color. Seems like they mass produce the front.. with different colored case behind.. crap.
Phones 2 years ago looks better and more uniformed colored. Like nova or Y..

- Huawei starts the big 4000mah battery on a flagship phone since 2014 Mate 7, now Samsung follows
- It may not starts the dual camera versatility, but since P9, they become trendsetter to others, P20 triple camera & now P30 quad camera and so on.
- Huawei introduce Night Mode on a smartphone, now every company bragging about it.
- Huawei introduce the graphic booster called GPU Turbo, now every company starts to implement it
- Huawei is one of the few phones that using big camera sensor on a smartphone (1/1.7 inch) whereas others stuck and limited at 1/2.55 inch.
- Huawei got 40w supercharger with TUV Rheiland safety certified that blows both Samsung & Apple with no answer. (Even vanilla version has 22.5w Supercharge)
- Huawei change smartphone photography world in low lights since P20 (be it on auto or Night Mode)
- While Vivo Apex introduce the 1st prototype in display fingerprint, Huawei Mate RS (porsche edition) was the first in the market.
These are only the key things, i dont want to list it all. While u know Samsung & Apple, u know nothing about Huawei.

[deleted post]there are many products and brands so there are bound to be similarities. what matters most is who executed it better. but also in tech community we must not forget and give credit to the one who started it as well. apple is becoming lazy as of late, samsung s10 is excellent but i dont see anything innovative from them other than the display. huawei on the other hand impresses me like the use of rather bizzare sensor and periscope zoom i but also i dont see any other innovation from them too.just in camera. but thats how progress is, its gradual. rome was not made in a day.

Actually they has a lot of things that both samsung ... moredont exert effort enlightening that guy. one thing i realized here among tech enthusiasts is that haters will always hate. its either they cant afford so their whining or because they already have preference to other brands which is okay too... some ppl are just glued on a certain preferred brand they have that whatever the other is doing whether innovative or not will always be crappy to them.
i happen to learn to ignore these guys.

These 3 brands are recognized as top flagship smartphone on the world now. People buy things based on needs/preferences, no matter which those 3 brands that u choose, it will be great & worth it.

Every hardware / software releases is about incremental changes. You can opt not to buy if you think the price tag is too high for you to handle. Apple has been stagnant for ages yet so many sheep are buying their phones. Losers are just going to hate.

The periscope camera alone already is a next level upgrade for a zoom camera. If you expect more, then perhaps you should lower your expectations, becquse its too damn high.
