The awful bokeh effect leaving quite litterally straight lines both to the right and left of the laughing woman. The noise on the jumping man. Hard edges, blurred details, including eye brows, leg hair, bricks etc and pretty much all photos have burned out highlights. Even in the face of the "Titanic" woman. Skin tones is not it's strong suit. Note the jumping man and the lying down flat woman as well. Processing needs quite a bit of work.

      Hopefully the non-standard model will do much better. This was not good.

        While these photos that are said to be taken from the OPPO RENO are nothing short of impressive, I still need to take these results with a pinch of salt. I mean, as of now, the smartphone's neither announced nor released, so there isn't much proof to show that these photos are legitimately coming from the OPPO RENO. Besides, these photos are most probably the photos that you'll see when u go into their Photos app

          Impressive, but I think any phone could give you that amount of detail in good lights. Let's wait for lowlight test.

                      Today its almost impossible to trust this pre photos that actually came from the company itself that made the phone

                        If oppo vp claims are true then oppo has done the job its really outstanding see the hairs of first girl and in leg the guy is jumping or lady having closed eyes see several lines over skin visible. Very good

                          Wow. Possibly best in class for mid-range

                            Damn. Pretty impressive for the results. Few Chinese phone (except Huawei) has really been pretty good for the camera/image quality

                              I have to say that I'm pretty impressed. That's a lot of detail in the hair of the first girl and a surprising amount of detail on the jumping boy's leg hairs. There's more texture than I would expect for a phone's camera.
