09 January, 2012
Nokia Lumia 900 flagship might come in metallic unibody instead of the polycarbonate Lumia 800 one.

Don't get me wrong the others are fine, especially the over-marketed but poorly implemented Exmor-R sensor good at washing details in sunny photos.

aak, 09 Jan 2012biggest joke of 2012!!!!!!!!!!!Really? :D Samsung has too great Windows phones, but why I am talking about this? I don't really care about this OS. If the newer version will have a different UI I will buy Windows phones. The Windows Mobile 6.5 was cooler. The new OS is to simple. :P

All android has done has created a requirement for excessive specification hardware to be put into devices so that the operating system will work. Lazy programming has led to the need for more storage space and faster processors.
WP7.5 works well on a lower specification handset because it has been designed properly from start to finish.
There maybe a few nice to have features missing, they are not essential so why should we worry.

Android has set the bar up so high in terms of hardware (CPU, GPU, Display size + res, RAM, Memory, Battery, Fastest HSPA+ antennas and features) that i cant even consider this Lumia900, i bet it will only have the same features as 800 but with larger screen, metal build and MAYBE higher MP Cam than 800, shame Nokia no longer innovate.

Why do they only focus on having the thinnest phone? and not camera? it annoys the shit out of me

Hope this beast will have 1.5 ghz. An additional 100 mhz will surely boost its performance. I heard, it will have a beefy battery huh

                                      Very nice!

I have to say all the people complaining about Symbian / Meego, etc. - without being rude - please get over it...

Nokia = Windows (at least for their high-end phones) and that's the way it's going to be..

If any company can turn around the fortunes of Winmo 7.5 it's Nokia...

The BIGGEST problem Nokia face is Microsoft themselves capping technology levels like processor speed, screen resolution, etc. etc. until M$ allow all manufacturers to go as high as they want with RAM / resolution, etc. - W7.5 phones are always going to middle-of-the-road...

Other than that - it's nice to see a different style of phone that is instantly recognisable (even if it isn't for me!)
