OnePlus 7 Pro to be unveiled alongside the OnePlus 7 on May 14

15 April 2019
It still just a rumor at this point but it comes from a source with a good track record.

Expecting Oneplus not to launch OP7T just after one month of ON7 , buyers feels cheated.

For a device with the best Android experience, why should price be a limiting factor? They should launch a true flagship with all the latest and greatest features, and go head to head with the likes of Samsung.

DavidB, 16 Apr 2019For me it's Oxygen OS what makes the difference. I have P20... morebingo !

EMUI is very meh, Oxygen OS is far better and even MIUI > EMUI IMHO
but Mi 9 has 3300 battery only, what were they thinking ...

for me SD855 + Oxygen OS + 4000 battery + flat screen (doesnt have to be top of line OLED, just an ok OLED) + decent-ish price is WIN

SD slot (I will never fill even 128 GB), 3.5mm (adapter), waterproof (never had a problem) is all optional extras

I wonder if the OnePlus 7 will support dual frequency GPS and Galileo for more accurate positioning in urban areas. I could not find any information about it.

For me it's Oxygen OS what makes the difference. I have P20 Pro and even it is very good device, the EMUI is just terrible and 3rd party apps optimization is awful. Sure you can buy Xiaomi Mi9 but for comparable price you get smaller battery, notch, large chin and MIUI with slower updates.

People complaining about the price hike, remember it's a company and they are here for profits. Eventually every company will start raising it's price as they introduce new features/upgrades. No one's forcing you to buy flagship/higher mid-range devices. Better switch to other brand mid-range phones instead of complaining here as they won't read your comments and reduce the price.

                      Let me guess ..

No hdr screen, no sd slot, no ip rating, 1080p midrange oled, mono speaker, no symmetry for design..

Just more RAM, more storage and using old features from Oppo phones

Only the first OnePlus One was worth to buy true flagship killer. Now OnePlus is just another phone maker. Xiaomi makes flagship killers now!

Oneplus is a good device, it really is but paying over 500 dolalrs for a phone is a bit too much for me.
I sticked to the 5T because the 500 euros was a nic eprice for it.
If it goes higher i will have to go with a Pocophone unless they don't price it too high with the 7T

Arix, 15 Apr 2019Will any of the two models get UFS 3.0?Imo I feel the Pro model might get UFS 3.0 support.. just like Oppo Reno Lamborghini Edition before. Hopefully they give the same spec as that Lambo edition. UFS 3.0 and 5000 mAh battery.
