I am a nokia user, and I have to say it and everyone to hear it, that since I knew that Lumia 900 will be on for US market, I hate them, and I hate their strategies, to move from symbian to wp, you need somthing like Lumia 900 not less like 800. So I believe I am gonna move to Android device, either Samsung, or HTC or Sony, one of these will be the best to buy in such days. I have a twitter reply confirm that Lumia 900 will be only for US market. which is a bad step from Nokia, and bad decision too. If they want to reach this amount of sold devices, they have to re-think about Lumia 900 and let it be the best WP ever by giving it to all countries as the previous phones, Nokia = Connecting people, now they are not connecting people they are connecting particualr people. Good bye Nokia.

The E7 is the last Nokia device.
Keep dreaming to reach this number of selling. as an MBA person, I am telling you guys, you have so many issues when it comes for the management, and to prove that, look at your decisions. ME is a big market, re-think about it.

As a salesperson you should know that you get provisional payment for pushing Android and Iphone to customers who ask for Windows Phones... Which is the biggest reason there's so little sales.

I bet you will change your opinion when Windows Phone gets their own provisional service?

I have never seen a WP7 phone here in Guatemala, or Latin American markets dont promote the brand either... it's gonna be like 2 years for WP to come out as a loser or winer, their phones are so expensive, I don't think it's easy for anyone to buy a phone. They should focus on the emerging markets. I think they're going with Symbian for those markets and WP for the established markets... I don't know if they can make an entry to Japan once again ...

The WP7 ranges are good for a large proportion of the smart phone buying consumers. When you look at it simple and easy to use and no complex setup required.
Independant multiples are the way forward if you want impartial advice.

Maybe... Windows will finally be accepted by the market as a true smartphone platform after trying many times. Maybe... Nokia will recover what market they could have won had they continued developing Symbian properly. Maybe not. Maybe...

Today i used Nokia 710 and 800 when i visited Nokia priority. Actually had been there to check symbian belle 603. But when i used windows phones i went crazy and later after using them symbian belle too looked very ugly. I became a big fan of windows phone. Yes we can set walpaper in windows phones. And most promising part is phones are built solid. Both phones are rock solid. And guess what Now we can exchange windows phones with our old symbian phones

I got Nokia Lumia 710 and got good experience. Earlier I had HTC and service is pathetic and no spares in their service center in India. My loyalty changed back to Nokia as Samsung materials looks cheap apart from display.

nokia needs symbian - wp7 is a step back!!! Nokia needs to bring out an new symbian high-end device, an n8 successor with actual hardware!!! IMHO they should bring it out with MeeGo (and N9 design)!!! That would be a dream...
Maybe it will be announced when Elop is gone!!!

To be honest as a sales adviser in a large network and knowing many others in industry, we will not push windows as quite simply it is not a product customers want. With no reps or incentives other than those who research we are the pushers and we sell android and iphone, blackberry third and windows is such a small amount is really not worth it, nothing wrong with hardware nokia just you never given us incentive to push windows phones. The customer is king and he says i want iphone or android so so be it. sales figure never lie.

It would be impossible turn market around and change users of iOS and Android to buy Nokia Window Phone. Samsung just announce will be number one in 2012 means taking some market share from Nokia, iPhone and alot of Blackberry. So, what Nokia thinking? Samsung & HTC Both introduce Window Phone over one year ago and it has been total mistake. So, where Nokia going to sell 36M plus HTC 10M means total of almost 50M window Phones. No way.

nokia can not even make it to the ten percent of the actual figure they quoted. because nokia is just a big failure and now even nokia care is also bull shit. none of the nokia devices recently manufactured are not having the least hardware quality than those of chinese phones.
if any one buys a nokia phone they have to keep circling the nokia care almost daily.
trust me i am already suffering.
strict warning do not buy any nokia phone.(particularly in india)
