given the price and spec, I'd rather buy this one vs. oneplus and xiaomi.. only downside is the aftersales support..

Lenovo have the capacity to compete with Huawei in international markets.
I don't know why they are nowadays a china only smartphone maker.
And don't know why they are still stuck with a dead Motorola brand!!

Anonymous, 23 Apr 2019No, 4 square quad Cameras you say, no mention of 8k which m... more384 euros of reasons!!! That is the difference in price as the P30 6Gb - 128GB cost the double of this phone. And the Nokia 9 with Light for now is the Hiper Fail, the real Fail one. There is no reason for wait to who knows when or how many years.

I'm only wait few weeks till compare this with the Asus Zenfone 6z and perhaps the Mate 20 depending of its price today, but for now if the reviews and camera results are good. This one, for now, is the winner for me.

Well, 400 euros for these specs is actually insane, with or without chin.

No, 4 square quad Cameras you say, no mention of 8k which might be hyper video, misleading you say? Is there Amy reason to buy this over a P30? My old phone and new tablet by Lenovo have the same fault, years apart, plus other stuff.

LLL, 23 Apr 2019But wait, that 2MP cam has huge 2.9μm individual pixel size... moreIIRC vivo also had it but it was nothing special

Way too big, 23 Apr 2019Good-looking phone, but way way too big. Way too big. Soon ... moreThe "compensation" bit is genuinely hilarious, as always :D

On a serious note, I'm afraid gone are the days of the XZ1 Compact, the SE and the likes :*(

On an even more serious note, everyone in the audience, pls listen. How much would YOU bet that the bezels in the final product are gonna be 2.5x of those in the render, as always? :P

Should be a very capable FHD video-recording in low light situations.

                              One last thing: FDD-LTE: B1 / B3 / B5 / B7 / B8 / B20

Finally B20. Interesting, i take note of that. Audio jack, microSD, underdisplay fingerprint sensor, OIS, if in the reviews the photos are good and finally has FM Radio like their previous models i'll probably buy one. Hope Gsmarena can review this phone!!!

After reading the main description from Lenovo:

                                https://activity.lenovo.com.cn/activity/moto/introduce/lenovoz6pro/html/overview/index.html

I'm almost sure that the main 48Mp camera is the one that has OIS... So their specificacions... must be wrong there. In any case, the reviews should bring light about it.

I like the strategy of Chang Cheng, this strategy takes ideas from different companies:

One flagship with the latest Qualcomm, similar to Apple but with an affordable price, so they can get economies of scale despite they sell less than Xiaomi. Xiaomi has and will have 3 or 4 smartphones with CPU 855 and all of them are or will be flagships of its brands, they must be manufacturer in different lines of production so they cannot take all the profit of just only one line of production like Z6 Pro.
Lenovo will need only a team of software engineers for its flagship. If they want, they can release OTAs for a long time (obviously if they want) and even keep in the market previus flagships for more time, they don't need so much staff.
For that reason the Z6 Pro has liquid refrigeration (for gamers) but also a good cameras (to compete against Mi 9) and a big battery (Redmi users). Lenovo tries to gather these things in just one flagship, to control the expenses and costs.
International version is a must, but with good software and OTAs, not like Meizu.
I think it's a smart strategy, but who knows?

Good-looking phone, but way way too big. Way too big. Soon we'll have to carry backpacks for these "smartphones". This is a tablet considering dimensions. Chinese just can't make a powerful phone with acceptable dimensions like new Samsung Galaxy S10e, like they're compensation for something. Anyways, this phone can't be used with one hand.

Lol Gsmarena, d... moreWell, they still have some, as in the live launch event there were a lot more people in the Lenovo for the Z6 Pro than in the Meizu for the 16S. And mainly writing in english, while in the Meizu, the majority where russians or from the east.

What about 100MP pictures? And Hyper Vision is nothing but special video modes which are nothing special and price is high (though you get 12/512 combo), I was pretty hyped about it and its nothing special (have to agree that Red is SEXY as hell)
