They should bring back the 3d touch, 1080p screen, revamp their camera n trim the awful bezel. They are now far behind the competition n afraid they will slip further without any new innovation for this year model.

They tried to make it as cheap as possible. And the XR came with single camera, 820p lcd screen and 64 gb that costs as high as 512gb note 8 in India

While I understand that the software is what makes iPhones popular, I can't help but believe maybe it's time to pay more attention to the hardware. Like seriously, you expect me to believe that an LCD screen void of 3D touch and a 1080p resolution was too expensive?

Anonymous, 27 Apr 2019750$ isn't keeping the cost low. It's ripping the customer. Low cost for Apple with the cheaper components they can make work decent and with the lower features plausible, the most basic so if you want more, pay all extra ones by software. And of course make their sheeps bleed money with the higher profit per phone in the market.
You know.... the low cost....
