I love both the Mate and P series, but they're almost the same photographically now. They should reduce prices a little to push higher sales on the flagships.

RC255, 03 May 2019What does that mean for the non-5g Mate though? The by then... more5G is one thing, but Qualcomm has their own optional X50 modem to be used for all Snapdragon 855-powered devices.
That thing is a completely different structure from the SoC itself, in which the Kirin 985 will be equal to Snapdragon 855 in performance, CPU wise.
And here's to hope that Huawei would finally maximize the potential of the Mali G76 GPU by utilizing all the way up to 20 cores for maximum performance possible.

Kirin 985 is supposedly going to be 20% faster than Kirin 980, which means, it's going to be on par with the Snapdragon 855. Thanks for the info!

D@mn, phones becoming too big each year. 6.5" Mate 20 is the max size one handed gesture navigation that i can handle.
Bigger than that, they should introduce the S-Pen like feature. At least u can play it around on the big screen.

this is just my opinion and also a suggestion. please before you release a phone make sure that you camera module on you past phone and recent phone is fixed. quality are sucks to be honest its my 3rd huawei high end phone already and it's burning my money giving me a joke quality i know dslr still the best, phones cannot reach that out i know that but with the prices now maybe give us a real one not just blown our mind with joke. btw i am a photographer for almost 20 years now. and fix your issues to other countries your damaging the name and also damaging the ex nokia workers in your company.
