Zero compromise is a very strong claim. Even the greatest and most expensive of them unfortunately have compromises.
If we took these companies like Samsung and them back in the 2012 timeframe and gave them access to the tech we have now and for the prices that are being charged the phones would be way more practical and loaded than what we are being given now.

Apple airpods are known for poor sound quality but they are number one selling products in category despite the price. People who really care about music isn't using phones for that. Would be nice to see statistics but as I've seen people mostly watching movies/YouTube or listening podcasts on phones. For those needs airpods are more than enough.
If only Apple would price them normally.

It would be nice if they do get rid of the headphone jack. Just so all these jack-fetish people will finally get over the headphone jack.
Oh, and adding proper fast-charging is definitely a good move.
