I have grown to love MIUI. I used Redmi Note 3 pro, Mi Max 2, and now the MI 9 (not explorer).
The interface is great for me. The only annoying thing is that there are a lot of ads on its built in apps.
Do not hate on other's preferences. If you like it then use it. If you don't then move on.

androidbrick, 07 May 2019So ? It has nothing to do with Xiaomi, it's just the chipse... moreWell SD855 goes from 320 to (for now) 380k, these differences is made by OEMs, optimizations, skin, maybe cheating, but 50k with same ram same processor, same screen resolution is not small. Anyway in real usage, those numbers does not matter (all above 200k is good enough) if you count only Antutu bechmark(s)

Omar, 07 May 2019Tell that to OnePlus that now that don't even worth for the... moreSoftware actually makes a lot of difference to the scores, along with thermal characteristics of the device. If you use a faster filesystem like f2fs instead of ext4, that will boost the scores. A faster RAM makes more difference, along with the overhead of the OS.

However, Antutu is a garbage benchmark, in which most Chinese OEMs cheat and artificially boost clockspeeds to get higher scores. Some websites check that behaviour by renaming the apk and the app name, so that the OS detect it as a regular app.

At least, these ones from Xiaomi have a price according to the features they offer and performance. OnePlus only offer overpriced basic/pseudo flagships with a lot of lacks. It'll be funny to read what OP's blid sheeps proclaim when the OP7 appear in the list... Ohhh it's due to the super operating system Oxygen that OnePlus developed!!!! XD

androidbrick, 07 May 2019So ? It has nothing to do with Xiaomi, it's just the chipse... moreNot quite. Most phones in the Top 10 are powered by the Snapdragon 855, so makers have do additional improvements if they want to be on top. As mentioned, Axon going with a better file system may make a noticeable difference.

So ? It has nothing to do with Xiaomi, it's just the chipset = SD855
