I haven't own any Zenphone yet. How good is Asus when it comes to releasing updates?

Omg i really dream for they could make a new Ultra model with those specs... But will never happens again i think. wish they could make a competing model to the Mate 20 X.
Still have wet dreams for my old Zenfone 3 Ultra, first time i had a phone more then 1 year, 2½ i have it.
Still today, it would be a really good phone.

My wife have the 5z model, its amazing and such a nice price to

Anonymous, 09 May 2019Zen UI? No thanksWell in xda you can find the Lineage 16 for the Zenfone 5z with only two issues: data and a bit low signal strengh, once that is solved it'll be full operative with all features that are already working: Boots, RIL (Calls, SMS,), Fingerprint, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Front camera,
Camera, Camcorder, Video Playback, Audio, Sensors, Flash, LED, GPS, Volte. And even with old Legacy camera2api.

            https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-5z/development/rom-lineageos-16-0-t3903545

So sure that with a good or reasonable price and all the features upcoming with this one, the community will give support to it. And, of course, full unlocked, rooted and with all the control your of phone that you could want. And if the Zenfone 6 comes with the google camera API it'll even better and a lot easier.

And I should start looking more into Asuses again. Gen 5 was kinda boring and unremarkable imo (same notch same chin same camera medusa as others) but they apparently are the SMARTEST phones out there right now. Lots of features.

The promo render is rad as heck. Thumbs up, someone got it right :)
                  (Though a Z5 Pro-like fiasco is still a possibility)

This will gain a whole lot of attention. All the missing features from other phones appear on Zenfone 6. Asus bringing the endgame. Hahaha.
