The differences between each brand of top-of-the-line chipsets is measurable, but small enough that you only notice it in FPS benchmarks and such.
In real-world use, it's difficult to tell, and anyone who says that a phone is "useless" because it gets 65 FPS in some game while another gets 70, doesn't deserve to be heard.

Apple's cpu and Snapdragon both are great - Kirin is good enough - Exynos is average - Mediatek is worst cpu ever made.

Seeing how horrible and yellow photos Huawei new phone takes, i really hope it won’t be the future. Atleast not the way how Huawei did it. Because Huawei P30 pro camera is very disappointing.

The point is Apple has always had a 2020 (hindsight) timeline for 5G
My argument is this 2019 5G phones are 2019 4G phones specs wise with a 5G antenna
4G phones can never be upgraded to 5G, so 5G now I hit the ground running, even if this SoC generates mind blowing benchmarks, it will be on a 4G phone
Finally Apple upgrade in a previous iPhone, the new SoC promised X% improvements in battery
Apple had increased the display size , Apple battery size mAh percentage increase was single figures, then as now iPhone batteries mAh are well below other flagship, and in some case below that of midrange
Never write Apple off but I do wonder if the more savvy will upgrade to a 5G phone as 2019 iPhones are 4G

All the stuff you already named are pretty big innovations from other companies, Apple just stole them, change their names (Retina Display is a good example) and sold it as its own innovation.
Easy to explain why do you think Apple made those innovations famous, It is very easy to explain it. So many not really smart people are buying Apple products, and the number of those people is huge. Apple has a huge influence between YouTubers and Media, that's why every not really smart person thinks Apple is making those innovation to work awesome or Apple invented 'em.
Another good Ecxample. Huawei Made a HUGE HUGE innovation in whole history of photography. Huawei replaced Green Pixels with 2 Yellow Pixels, It is the Future, it is a damn innovation, it will change the whole industry of photography. But how many YouTubers or how many newsletters talked about it? Just Imagine Apple would do such a think, in every single website, every single tech show, every single tech youtuber and every single person would talk about it. The same innovation but deferent companies. For a second cloe your eyes and think about it what would happen if Apple could/would make such an Innovation and how big the hype would be?
