Once i was Sony fanboy. Their phones were most feature rich and innovative. But I totally hate new ones. I've held this long display and it is ugly and unusable, it is impossible to operate it with one hand. And they are expensive as hell compared even to iphones and samsung, because offer much less - new phones will fit only for scrolling instagram.

I currently own a Xperia XA2 and It's a very good phone. Amazing battery life, good screen, good camera, snappy. But I find it dull, feuterless and boring. That is Sony for you. I'm done waiting for them to wake up and stop being so stubborn and slow at inovation.

No idea what the GSMArena staff are smoking by describing this as a "compact" handset. Just because it's tall and narrow doesn't mean compact, you'll still need fingers like ET to reach the top and bottom when holding one-handed.

Sony needs to get it's act together. They announce their phones way too early & then the buzz dies by the time their phone gets released. Now they're making Xperia 2 when the 1st one hasn't even been released yet. It's asinine!

LOL, compact at 158mm. Suuuuuuuuure. Maybe Xperia 4 will be compact with 149mm of height, but not this. I'm done waiting for Sony and their new compact flagship. My next phone will be S10e or A40, depending on current budget.

Well aside from different cameras placement I see nothing changed from the 1. I guess under display sensor is coming next year, Sony is always late for party.
