Why release this phone in the states without the lte 71 band that T-mobile uses. Why sony? Now it might not get good reception why tmobile.

It's not a bad thing in any single way except that it looks like any other Chinese OEM phone out there. I mean I could go on and tell you in detail how many things Xperia 1 has and does that OP7 doesn't but I will leave that to you to find out and research if you are so interested. You can start from better build fit and finish, faster storage, better main camera for stills and video, screen of course, etc.

i mean they announce it in feb2019 release july 2019 then gets outdated when new note 10 and iphone comes and then release xperia 2 i would i buy this junk from this lost company when the new note is coming or just buy a samsung s10 5g i dont get it why show off a phone early release it so late...sony 4k is not working for u when it comrd to selling u overprice it because of 4k and then give people low ram low storage and small bat just stop it......now they are cutting workforce by 50 percent taking peoples jobs because they have no clue how to build a smartphone....Enough is Enough just give up ur not going anywhere

Together both must sell about 60 million devices per year, which gives money to many companies that supply components to them.
Then they close the costumer service they have in many countries, more people fired.

I've previously owned iPhone and Samsung phones but I have to admit, from the perspective of watching entertainment on the go, Sony Xperia 1's specifications blow other phones out of the water such as Samsung S10, iPhone XS, One Plus 7 Pro etc. I will definitely be upgrading my phone to Sony Xperia 1.
Let's deal with the FACTS.
- Sony Xperia 1: 10-bit display (meaning it can display just over 1 billion colours) and fully unlock the potential of 100% DCI-P3 + BT2020.
Competition: 8-bit display (meaning it can display just over 16 million colours). Even if the product has HDR 10+ certification, it cannot unlock the rest of the colours due to the 8-bit display limitation.
Sony Xperia 1:
- Has 100% DCI-P3 support along with 2020 and D65 White Point to reference better/accurate whites.
- Each Sony Xperia 1 has been tuned to the Sony OLED Master Monitor which costs approximately £35,000 - £50,000. In an interview with Naoki Matsubara (Sony Display Engineer), he states that while OLED looks beautiful, from a film perspective, it did not have that 'film' tone before calibration hence why they had opted to calibrate it to the Sony OLED Master Monitor.

There is no word 'die' in the work. Sony, in my opinion, sees potential in the future. Laptops and DSLR cameras will be left except for professionals. While smartphones are devices for all walks of life. Both young and old. From people who are dying will die being treated in hospitals until a newborn fetus. Ok, the latter is a bit excessive. But that is what I mean! All future groups will use cellphones. And I think Sony will struggle to defend this business.
