rolling out 2.3, but still they forgot the update for 2.3 in Optimus 3d in the philippines. no 2.3 update for 3D in the philippines

Super late. My Xperia arc runs on Gingerbread out of the box since its release last April 2011.

I wonder why they didn't just skip to ICS.
