Any dehumidifier making it's was up to Norway anytime soon? My swiss design "Albert", by Stadler Form has pretty much stopped working, on the date of it's fourth year no less.

Xiaomi, where is my european version of your smart home gateway (Mija hub) already? I want it with shuko plug as I don't want adapters and need that all important CE mark.

Please launch soon and I will spend loads of money on smart home gadgets from you.

Waiting for Mi A3. Lightweight android is better than skinned android.

Let’s see if you can grow this quickly with your own created OS and technology... These Chinese manufacturers should get together and create a new OS to buffer the impact of losing its rights to android.

            Xiaomi >>>>>>>> sinking huawei

Xiaomi... moreFirst you're right the Government is Donald Trump, but here is the problem like Replicants DT has a 4 year life cycle, China is not going to give in and I doubt that President Xi will even meet Trump at the G20 next month... the tariffs will remain until then

AFAIK this is a personal thing for Trump, his House of Cards remain in place whilst USA don't know the extent of his misdemeanours. If anybody thinks that these are minor have their heads buried in the sand

Teresa March government were working with Huawei on whether there was a back door and found nothing
The fact that DT stated security and have not had access to hardware

AT&T, Verizon don't have senior engineer to examine the hardware, and rely on the USA to threaten it allies

As long as DT doesn't pay himself he doesn't care, there will be an escalation, China can and will wait it out
China has other options once the 25% is added to all item what has DT left to do
China exports more than it imports

If you lose $1 Bn and then try to excuse it by saying it is to get a tax benefit ( negotiation no loss!)
Trump is not putting anything up, those who are will reign him in..

Xiaomi is gonna be the next Huawei on Top

Today = Huawei killed. Over 500,000,000 million uses with no option as Huawei as next phone

2 years later = Xiaomi breaking records. Gained 300 million users out of no where lol

As others demonstrated (like Huawei for ex.) as the sales are rising we should expect an increase in the price department. Sadly but true.

They're strong armed into doing it. And it's unlikely. Xiaomi is completely consumer goods, unlike telecommunication companies like Huawei and ZTE which have a more direct relationship with the Chinese government

Too many series like the note 7 have many types of model as Indian and China gets 48mp rest of the world get only 13mp. The flagship isn't over hype like one plus but nothing incredible. No headphones jack no SD card. Only price is where xiaomi wins

I won't be surprised if Android blacklists Xiaomi next. And soon after that, all Chinese smartphone makers could be targeted, for making great growth and profits.

I'd add that it caused an entire revolution of value-for-money phones to other brands and we consumers have really benefitted from that

Few things which I personally think is making it work for them are:
                                      - delivers quality for it's respective tag. Affordable products but nothing is cheap like OPPO VIVO and GIONEE.
                                      - never creates hype for it's products ( no flagship killer brag or anything)
                                      - good software updates for most of it's handsets, though not always on time.but It is assured that handsets will receive updates ( you have no idea about updates with OPPO VIVO) for at least 3 years.
