I got the update for my Galaxy watch and here is my take on it.
Pros
New Refreshed look of the menu.
When replying to any message via a predefined message it now gives an option to confirm to send a message instead of just sending message
Control Panel now has 2 pages for quick settings.

Got the update today too! On the Galaxy Watch 46mm, I don't see any change to the recent apps part though? Not sure what they meant by more options have been added. It still just gives you the option to close all apps and that's it as far as i can see.

Is the update globally rolling out right now or just for some specific regions? My guess is that it's not global rollout yet as Tizen 4.0 first came to US and some time later to Europe.
