To all of you story-tellers who dream about China retaliating / fighting back / hitting Apple (as if all this was done for Apple - yea yea and the earth is flat..):
Do you really think that the US government did not do any risk assesment before moving ahead with this? Really???? Do you really think that they do not think ahead?? Pfff, sooo naive.....
Hey children, wake up in the big boy's world.

For me as soon as Huawei releases Huawei OS is bye bye Android. Not gonna tolerate political sanctions as they do in real world and to other countries, now they do that in technology. This madness has to stop. Linus was right all along. As soon as "free" "non political" OS has been made. Its bye bye BS for good.

Do people really believe that Tim Apple thinks that people who usually buy 100-400$ phones will go for iPhone If Huawei quits selling phones? Of course not aka this is no conspiracy cooked up by Apple.

Apple meanwhile is benefited with the elimination of Huawei. Now they sabotage Samsung and ban the rest of Chinese and they have all the market for themselves

[deleted post]This has nothing to do with Apple despite what some Huawei fanboys might think. If iPhones are so bad why do Huawei CEO keep using Apple products?

AnonD-819322, 25 May 2019Why Xiaomi??? Their build quality is subpar... Specs don't ... moreTheir demand getting higher due customer need. The customer want in their phone has fluid performance, decent enough to make calls and basic messanging apps, with affordable price tag. Only Xiaomi achive that. The biggest example is India.

AnonD-819322, 25 May 2019Why Xiaomi??? Their build quality is subpar... Specs don't ... moreBased off what? I own 3 Xiaomi phones (Mi 5, Redmi 5, Mix 2S) and they have all been solid and all still work.

Xiaomi >>>>>>>> in all aspects that actually matter. Huawei flagships are just camera-centric gimmick phones with no other practical masteries. Samsung flagships are overall powerhouses without compromises and xiaomi flagships are bold spearheaders without the hefty price tag. The worst thing about the pathetic company that is huawei is their arrogant ambitions disguising their rotten core philosophies. I hope their ban is never lifted so they'll be forced to waddle in the mud and stare at the wake of other honest and deserving oem's. Karma is indeed a female dog.

Ebay and Facebook Marketplace is pretty much universal. Yes I know it's not new items but if you wanna save money, this is the way to go. I just noticed this when I watched a video titled "Singaporeans rush to sell Huawei phones online"

I love Android but still if Huawei release their own OS in flagship I will buy it even it's costs me 1500$. I am a loyal Samsung fan still I will buy that new OS phone to support Huawei. I believe Huawei is a victim of industrial espionage.
