I think this will be an actual update to mi9, not the same as k20. K20 has some downgrades, and small design issues(red button on all color models models, worse camera than mi9, downgraded gorilla glass, maybe even the screen is not as good) compared to mi9. They may do it the same way they did with mi mix3, add 5g and increase battery.

anyways, the poco f1 has no IR blaster so they didn't intend to add in the new one. Still its the best bang for the buck as of this time.

Confucius say this is confusing hehehe, this is another issue that Xiaomi has or other chinese brands, when their products get released outside of china, different names come up adding to more confusion. My two cents lol.

I don't want to pay more because market segmentation. 20 $ cost 128 gb Samsung Evo sad card, so I am not willing to pay more than 10$ from 64 to 128gb version, or more than 30 $ for 256. That is my logic. Sorry Xiaomi, but you lost fan and I will stick to Poco F1 until something better come.
Photos I don't want to share with some cloud storage. Privacy issue. Also don't want to spend battery, my 8 gb monthly (or upgrade) because Xiaomi got greedy.

I was expecting this to have the same features that the Redmi Note 7 Pro but with a better SoC and under display fingerprint sensor. Now a deception. It's more a Mi phone than a Redmi phone. Removing features, increasing the prices... a song listened too many times, sadly. Looking elsewhere in other brands for my next phone.

People dont even need larger then 250gb ssd on there laptop then why they need more on there phone ? It's like everyone is using smartphone as everything they do and dont have laptops or desktop PC.

And what about the unlimited data plan ? So you use the phone to only download stuff ? Nothing about it makes sense. I have 32GB on my phone and to fill that is already mind bogeling to me
