And with the same breath, where are you going to put front facing speakers?
I have the XZ Premium and I happen to love the design. The super glossy mirror finish that pulls eyes everywhere, the front bezels that make it unique and luxurious looking among all the bezeless phones, it's just gorgeous and unique.
Nobody is forcing you to like it though, but the fact is that it's indeed unique and pulls eyes with its shine.

I still remember long time ago he said sony will skip oled because sony will directly jump into microled or even holographic display.
You've been here since 2015 right? I think you know that guy very much.

Do not you know that poor phones ... moreWired earphones/headphones usually are stereo.
Even with LDAC ( to minimize the difference), wireless is still not on same quality level of wired. You cant use wireless inside airplane.
Sony has waterproof wired earphones for those that like sports, there is no wireless waterproof.

There has always been fast charging, Z3+ had QC2.0. They just dont put charger in the box, they sell it. I doubt 40W charging is not going to decrese how many cycles you get from the battery compared to 12W for example.

just out of curiosity: how much data you REALLY storage on your smartphone in order to need more than 128g? for all my professional work and all my pictures snapped and collected over a couple of decades I need some 100g. not to mention that under no circumstances I keep this kind of confidential or personal data in a phone that I could lose or could be stolen :)
otherwise is interesting to see how much discussions and struggle over a phone that nobody really tested for the camera, including the big scary reviewers :)))))
for the guys of gsm arena, ideas for their polls: how many people really use the 3.5 plug?

All gaming phones have bezels for a reason, and this bezeless trend is nothing more than that, a trend. All phones nowadays look alike and there's no originality, so yeah, he was right.

Btw I still remember a sonyfan who hate less-bezell because he needs huge bezel so he can hold it while gaming.

Anybody please make a flagship phone with 16:9 aspect ratio....
Xperia 1 with 16:9 would be a great phone...
At least every maker should keep the option of 16:9 & 18:9/ 21:9
In their flagship....
I have stopped buying remote like smartphone since galaxy s8 plus ( my last smartphone)....
Waiting for a 16:9.......android.
Iphone 8 plus is the last chance to buy a 16:9....

gsmarena know that sony mobile news are great because they got so many comments because of fans of sony mobiles are more then other brands but all fans are deep inside know that sony fails their expectation all time and they loose their loyal fans. even samsung & apple fanboys also like sony tech and phones but they also feels that sony is not doing right that's why they comment here.

Isn't it 128GB of base storage except for Japan, where it is only 64GB of ROM?
