Funny how an update can drasticaly improve the camera.
Nowdays camera quality doesnt matter much if an software update can make a complete change.

Trump has zero evidence as there is none.
The UK government were working with Huawei
Without a deal with China and there won't be a deal that excludes Huawei China won't sign
The dilemma is that Trump has cited National Security as the reason to punish all Governments that use or is planning to use Huawei
"The USA has signed a fantastic Trade Deal with China, and I have decided Huawei ain't so bad"

The problem is, it can also go the other way around. With my Huawei Mate 10 (regular not Pro Version), which is about 18 months old, I have the feeling that most updates reduced the camera quality. The front camera (which was never really good anyway) just blows out all background light. And the regular camera takes now forever to focus, with loss of sharpness and contrast over the last updates. Even though, in no update notes was anything mentioned about camera updates. But some things in the camera UI also changed, so it's obvious that they did something. For me it feels, like they subtly want to prepare you to buy a new (Huawei) phone... I had the Mate 8 before and also felt something similar, although I can't prove it. Not good!

Considering the fact that he'll likely be re-elected (he is good for American people for sure), I feel sorry for Huawei. Damage is done already anyway. I believe that Huawei will end up selling their phones within China only with is "enough" according my Chinese co-workers. Everything comes to it. Anyway, P30 Pro owners can enjoy with important updates now / so far :).

Looks like we have to get the P30 Pro now before Trump and Google decided to rescind the ban. Probably, hundreds of thousands of new P30 Pro users would be happy that they got this for $200 - $500.

Huawei, please bring back the auto brightness checkbox in the notification panel because the phone automatically checks the auto brightness checkbox, i wanna disable it for good.
Also bring back screen loop and shake options with icons

Mate 20 Pro, a current flagship, stays largely ignored and forgotten. Can't remember when the last time it has got an update. By the way, its triple camera setup was one of the main selling point and buying point for me and it needs updates for quite a while already. Don't like this approach, won't buy Huawei flagship phone for this anymore. Pixel 4 will likely be my next phone for sure.

Still was losing lots of money.
People fpr example say $1000 is too much. I agree $1000 is too much for any phone no matter brand. But few months lates, devices drop to $700 but they still dont buy them.
So why bother making critics?
I dont mind having a phone from previous year if I can get from 50% cheaper than announcement price.

My XR usually seems warmer th... moreIt's not bad in every situation, note3 and older kinds were with that too, you wouldn't always want however "warm/sunny" filter like colors. In Huawei case it was expected with color sensor, but though they did fail at start, they confirm it now that ryyb filters are usable. Basically you can do a lot though update, so it's done now even in full size cameras. I bet Sony's older phones would also be sold out if alpha team updated their camera processing.
