everyone prefers one hand smartphone usability. curved screen does look good, but simple flat screen has better usability

S9 sold less than S8, S8 less than S7. S10 broke w tradition sold better than its predecessor, it did sth different and got rewarded.

I haven't had bought a Samsung handset for 5 years. Now, after 5 phones, I bought a Samsung again. They just ticked all the boxes, even if the price is rather high.
I also bought an A40 for my daughter and probably will buy an A50 for my wife when time comes. Samsung did something remarkable for a giant, they turned their course very swiftly and came up with great phones, they even offered a better UI. Well done.

Samsung adds where everywhere to be seen here, and the phones look much better than the S9 and S9+. No wonder they sell better.

If only the Note9 had the overall design of the S10+ sans the punch-hole cameras..I'd buy it right away because the edge curves on the S10's are much smaller than on the S9's and Note9..
I also wonder if Yordan speaks Dutch?

Would agree with the people of teh I also bought my S10 because of its size and battery life etc. Sick of all this huge phones these days that are impractical and cumbersome to use. Like the one plus 7 etc

What a surprise (not).
Samsung finally decides to not hold back (after years in fact, since S7 more particularly) and gets rewarded with better sales. Not a rocket science, just fill your phone to the brim with the latest and greatest and it will sell.
S8/9, had low ram , low bts ratio and low battery compared to competitors. By contrast S7 had the highest battery, bts ratio and ram even for its time. S10 copies that attitude and does well. Like I said, "what a surprise"...
