They are also ugly and emui have a old fashion interface. Why would they be number one?High end Huawei are good like Mate and P series, but otherwi se nah.
The first one should be a brand with good price to specs ratio and with a comunity behind and good support the customers. Example Xiaomi and Oneplus are the two companies who deserves more atention from the people.

I see the os succeeding because if it can be open source and used by other third party companies like oppo, Vivo xiaomi, hmd, Tecno, Sony and others means that it will receive support from developers unlike what Microsoft did isolating themselves.
I have given ios, windows phone, and Android a try why should I not try ark os. Am diffinately going to try ark os may be it can be a game changer.
Huawei is number one Mobile manufacturer for me because the gap between them and sumsung is little and Huawei have been banned from some market but still retain second position.

Please do imagine that before KitKat there werent billions apps on google store but just some millions.
Since kitkat and above Google adroid have according to some data analisys much over 3 billions of apps. In other words more than 3 000 000 000 000. Compared to IOS which have maybe 25-30% of this in numbers. Because IOS asking 100 bucks a year from every developer and because many of apps Cupertino company wont let in. In other words there is a judge who deciding which app is allowed to be in IOS store and which not.

That's too Asia... moreThe reason for their failure might be to go along with the factor that there is not enough hardware support. Windows phones were overpriced, less specs and Firefox never really kicked off. When you have millions of hardware support. You can easily bring it by undercutting the cost. People will take time to adapt but currently the skin on top of android is so much that even android version upgrade is not making much of the difference. So i think most of the people won't even realize that the os is changed underneath.

Many will do same. Only pure android and OP cyanogen are good. Rest made by Xiaomi, Samsung etc are full of disgusting bloatware which noone wants.
And by the way if Ark will be succesfull and i believe it will be google can go nuts forewer.
I wouldnt be surprised if in 5-10 years ARK os will be on more devices than android.
Having windows on phone was stupid idea but ARK os is at completely different level.

If the Chinese vendors decided to use this OS for their devices, Android will be long gone. So the ban might be affecting Google more than it anticipated.

We need options and diversity, not a duopoly like now. I'm sure if Huawei team up with other Chinese companies,they could pull it off! I'm more than willing to give it a try, if its available.

Not gonna work well.. Those apps dependent on google's push notification will not be able to work. But good in China no doubt.

ArkOS sounds more welcomed than HongMengOS. That's too Asian and would frown off too many consumers.
That said, majority of the world is not willing to open up to another smartphone OS over iOS/Android. Asks Windows Mobile, FirefoxOS, etc. on those stats.
Huawei / Honor needs to be Google's Android. PERIOD!
