Samsung Galaxy A30 in for review

From A10 to A40 all are very bad very laggy phones. A50 to A70 are better and they don't lag too much. I repeat don't lag too much. Because even S10 Plus lags. Just open and close app drawer and it will lag. They may fix it with some updates. A80 is just not worth to buy.

My A30 has Exynos 7885 and NOT 7904. Looks like Samsung hoodwinking people here. But I still like the phone, it is excellent with it's system wide Night mode on that 6.4 inch AMOLED screen. I don't game a lot, so the chipset is fine with me.
My unit has one major software issue though, I am NOT able to get to Camera settings screen. Whenever I click on settings in camera app, the settings screen closes within 2 secs. I could still live with it, but with this issue and the downgraded chipset, Samsung has lost a bit of my trust here. I love using Samsung devices and that is the reason, why I have bought this A30 in the first place. My earlier devices were Galaxy S2, Galaxy A8 Duos, and now this one. This time, though I have the Realme 3 Pro and Redmi Note 7 Pro as options along with A30, I still stuck with Samsung and have no regrets at the time of purchase, but now I am feeling a bit, that I should have spent few extra bucks and got the A50, though I don't like the in screen FP scanner.
Will see what GSMArena speaks about this phone. If they, don't mention anything about the above two issues, then they will be lying and I will have to then loose my trust in GSMArena's reviews as well.
