Anonymous, 20 Jun 2019LOL, and i bet the battery lasts 13 weeks at best.Dont think so many of my customers who bought Mate 20 with 40W chargers included in box are pretty happy with their batteries even after a 9 months of usage.
I dont see a problem here.

You know whats better than any fast charging tech? being able to swap batteries!

BBK Electronics owns OPPO, Vivo, Realme and OnePlus. So mentioning that Vivo won over the others, when technically they have the same parent company, it's somewhat funny! 😂
Sony, Huawei, Xiaomi and Meizu already have released/announced there insanely fast charging technologies but this one, with the 120W the phone will charge lightning fast but putting it on top of an ice pack to cool it down. XD

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2019This is crazy. 15w fast charging and my phone gets really h... moreI know there are instances where you need instant charging, but I've actually downgraded from 2.4A wired charging of my iPhone XR to just 1A charging using Qi charger and it's still quite fast for how I charge my phone (from 30-80%). Would be nice of phones offered adjustable max charge percentage. So it would stop at 80% no matter what. In this case it would charge phone up to 80% in what, 10 minutes?

              Vivo yu wot....
Finally I can charge my phone and also cook breakfast at the same time in the morning

History repeating it's damn self, hear these fools telling us what is enough as usual and why things won't work

                Remember when 720p was enough?

Remember when 1 camera was enough?

Remember when 16gb of storage was enough?

Remember when dual core processors were enough?

Do these people know what the W.E.T test is

Do they know how to control their rebuttal brain?

Watch all these negative people die in their grave with a bunch of ideas not coming to reality

A failed idea is always better than not trying at all

As children people were adventurous now listen to these bitter adults and their limited vision

I thought by now examples like the airplane being dangerous and cars being faster than nature intended when they first came out that humanity would finally give progress a chance

Short sighted vision is just so popular smh

With my V20, I can top my 5,000 mAH battery in 30 seconds by popping in another one. This tech is dangerous and absolutely stupid. Vivo is 'solving a problem' that was never there for years. How much do you want to bet this phone won't be IP rated? It's pointless.

why should I use such a charger? I wake in morning, I go to office: I plug the phone in a regular charger and let it there for as long as necessary. I get back home: I plug the phone in a regular charger and let it there for as long as necessary. for most of time, as most of other people, I'm never away from a regular charger for more than a few hours. when traveling I have a 20k battery pack, sufficient for a quite a few days (when I'm not plugging in the car's charger or a wall socket in a public place...) so why should I go for a super-flash-banger charger that will ruin the battery in matter of months and force me replace the whole damn phone, since the battery is not replaceable? so, convince me, sell me the supercalifragilistic charger... :) by the way: how large / small is the charger vs a 20k battery pack?

This is all great, but what sort life are going to get from the battery? We need to know, even more so if they are non-removal batteries. This would make this tech almost pointless if your battery is only going to last 200 recharges or whatever.

This is crazy. 15w fast charging and my phone gets really hot. Imagine 100w, you'll need a desktop cpu heatsink and fan to cool down the phone's surface.

120 w is too risky, imagine the heat generated in battery, higher risks of exploding.
I think that manufacters should focus on making graphene batteries mature sin e they are way better than Li ion.

This seems silly, they have managed to put USB C on phs but looking for 100w charging. Crazyness.
