My P20 Lite got EMUI 9.1 update today but on top of Android 8.
Works great.

    Huawei planning emui 9.1 update for Mate 9 in next month where most of the regions have still not received emui 9 update as of yet. Bad marketing strategy.

            It was not on the list. :-(

Low budget phones often get overlooked by these companies. Although I'm surprised Y6 2019 a budget phone is getting update but not last year's Y6.

                        Its already June and my Nova 3i is still on EMUI 8.2. Other ppl already received EMUI 9 on their Nova 3is. Maybe because my phone is carrier-locked? irdk

                          Promise of Turbo GPU also not yet for the update.
                          Empty Promises only...
                          Disappointed..

                            I'm losing hope that my Y5 Prime 2018 and Y6 Prime 2018 gonna get EMUI 9 or 9.1. 😔
