The fact that this phone has a very similar looking camera placement with the iPhone (older Xiaomi phones looked exactly like iPhones), and has the Xiaomi logo placed vertically like Huawei's newer phones?
I get it, you know. It's hard to design a unique phone that doesn't totally look like the rest, but they can definitely try (LG's and Sony's phones, especially Sony's, looked unique, for example).
