I will rather buy a good midranger with a 3.5 jack than a flagship without.

Idiot, 28 Jun 2019Bro, Bluetooth is allowed on planes, and now some planes ha... moreyou couldn't reply to the three most important points (1, 2 and 4). that clearly proves that how lame these Bluetooth bandwagon jumpers are.
Phones have Bluetooth since long and having a 3.mm jack just facilitates the user's experience. why do you need to ditch the jack? how does an additional port disturb you?

Idiot, 28 Jun 2019Bro, Bluetooth is allowed on planes, and now some planes ha... moreBluetooth is inferior in every aspect to wired and Note used to come with a great DAC this is a major loss for Samsung and i won't be buying from them. simple as that. as for your useless get with the times argument? what times? how does that even make sense? to live with a inferior experience to get with the times? why do i have to pay more and get less? isn't that crazy? if somehow bad camera's become the trend would you buy a expensive phone with bad camera to get with the times? this is basically the same argument you putting here.

GVera, 27 Jun 2019You can buy a wireless chargerOh! I guess I'll bring a wireless charger and I have no battery in the train going there. Let me just plug my wireless charger into, oh wait. There is no plug! Wireless charging is just a glorified contact charging where you just put your phone on top of its surface and leave it there. If I am only an inch apart, the charge is gone. Use your head, you wireless fascists.

Is it a coincidence that the sales of high end smartphones has fallen since removing the 3.5mm jack
(also increasing prices).
I personally bought a midrange phone just for the 3.5mm jack.

Just opinion , 27 Jun 20191) better quality - when you using mostly for youtube, watc... moreWell quality wise it is almost impossible for wireless headphones to come close to wired ones(it is mostly cause bandwidth limitation on BT)
Also about apples air pods i see a lot of people that who wear them but hardly use them and in few instances that i asked them why they mentioned these look cool so mostly but them cause it is cool to have one!

Just opinion , 27 Jun 2019Come on.... 10 people here would cry about headphone jack, ... moreBecause of a lot of things like the Bluetooth headphones are ifrior in term of sound quality and one less device to charge or it goes off in Middle of STH important and you need either wait or revert back to 3.5 jack!
Also don't forget the battery usage!

Love the Community, 27 Jun 2019What if I want to listen with my wired headphones and charg... moreDon't bother with these arguments. They will aay: 'Oh, why don't you use the wireless charger then?'
This whole thing of removing a dedicated audio port option is anti-consumer, and some of us keep calling it 'the future'. Wireless has its place, but not everywhere. Would anybody dare to run a datacenter on wireless, right now? I guess the answer is 'no'.
No wonder people like me are holding on to older phones (2016 in my case). The new phones are not a clear upgrade in all areas. I could buy any phone in the market right now, but am holding on to my old device.
