Have they screwed over their customers? Yeah, they have. Has any other company made their customer service better than Apple's? Nope. And the other guy mentioned mankind, so I was only speaking in his terms. I don't worship Apple like the fervent sheep's, they make many mistakes, but to call the company bad is more subjective than me pointing out the good they have done.

YouTube is full os unsatisfied customers that Apple didn't fix their phones under warranty, that charged hundreds of dollars for really cheap fixes, that has planned obsolescence to force customers to buy more Apple products.
Remember when they admitted on slowing down older iPhones?? You know that they still doing that?
How can you guys be so blind? Apple is not a god and you make them look like a religion. Jesus.. I mean seriously.. they are only just a company and a failing one as well.

the aesthetic design of the IPhone has actually been really plain until recently when it started getting some colors, but one could make the argument they were forced to it by the competition making prettier phones.

Also, this did affect mankind in a positive way, as Apple Products are actually functionally useful to regular everyday people and professionals who need to have the best to create the things they do. Say what you want, but a lot of companies use Apple products to do what they do

Obviously android os has more users as more phones to choose from with a high number using cheap and mid range models. Iphone sales may drop year on year but so do other brands too. Samsung s8, s9, s10 all minor upgrades similar to iphones but also other brands have minor upgrades from previous models. Possibly due to not much new tech or innovation past few years. Now go and Google total sales of flagship phones worldwide

Some legacy lol, how about a legacy that actually benefits mankind in a positive way instead of taking people money and acting like he is some almighty designer. His designs are so impractical and boring.

U can bypass the fingerprint by using password or pin or pattern. Same with face id. So it don't matter if nobody has same fingerprint as a brother or sister whether twin or not, can check u enter ur pin or pattern when not paying attention. Alot of people are more concerned with people outside their family accessing their phone. I wouldn't really care if my family member wants to use my phone

He simp... moreFor him this is gonna be an excellent change.but some of the mistakes he made and people didn't like the designs he presented is gonna follow him like a ghost. I think his creativity is coming to an end so it is better to pursue something new. There is not much that can be dlchanged with smartphone designs, tablets etc
