Why does every manufacturer have to ruin their devices with horrible eye-straining AMOLED displays.

    There will probably be a Mi A3 Pro along with the regular Mi A3. I don't see any reason why Xiaomi should go with less powerful processor than Mi A2, unless there is a Pro model as well.

Sna... moreIt aligns with EEC and FCC certifications showing the same model number as CC9e apart from the last letter (different region). It seems that they're getting rid of "Lite". CC9e = Mi A3 and then CC9 will possibly be released as "Mi A3 Pro" in future. There hasn't been a new phone certified yet which matches CC9 so it's unlikely there'll be 2 versions initially. The Mi 9T had the same certification scenario prior to its launch.

          This is disappointing unless there is a higher grade A3 Pro or something with a better processor. It's about time, Xiaomi announces this A3 series officially.

            A notch and a weak processor.

            Better off getting a K20 or K20 pro.

            Earlier, it was rumored that the mi a3 would be as the k20. pity it didn't happen.

            Pity Xiaomi wouldn't make an android one version of the K20 / K20 Pro.

              I don't think this is an A3. This is more like A3 Lite. Snapdragon 665 is just an upgrade from 632. The A3 should come with 675, 710 or 712 since the A2 came with 660

                The only logigal variant remain the A3 Pro variant with SD7xx and bigger display.

                  Well this sounds pretty disappointing.

                      in fact, this probably will be the Mi A3 lite and not the Mi A3 "high grade", and this images is most probably a photoshoped ones...cause it not have a 720p display, Xiaomi will not shoot itself on the chest so.

                      Mi A3 should arrive with SD712/730, 4 and 6GB RAM, 64/128 ROM, 6.28" FHD+ screen with 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a 4030mah battery. - This is what i know for that, just wait for it, dont trust in "photoshoped images"

                          SD665.Making sure that it doesn't hurt K20 sales.Wish it would come with SD730.
