Who was the first company to launch mobiles?? Well whoever it may be, It should file a patent against everyone. Or even better graham bell should file a patent for telephone and sue every telephone company on the planet. (him being dead is a problem though)
Cheap tricks apple. Has it come down to this? No wonder most people are throwing their iphones for Android.

If Apple has a problem with the stock ICS on The Galaxy Nexus they should sue Google samsung only made the hardware n all sofrware came in pure and raw frm Google. Apple is just playing dirty business competition and wateva they do Android will always be above Apple

Apple copied the notification bar from Android, did Google cry over it? Over-ripened 'fruit' lose water and start to stink. Enough said!

2) The First Touch Screen Phone
3) The first laptop
4) The first music player
Apple copied all of them and improved on the ... sad that they are behaving like this.

apple stop trying to sue pepole for making a device thats better then yours. one thing that appel copied was the iphone and ipad been able to play MP3 songs. WINDOWS was the company who maid that up and apple copid that to there iphone ipad.

They should sue everything that uses the word Apple, ie. Fruit producers, pie makers, soft drinks makers,etc. This is really petty,like spoilt child moaning about neighbour's bicycle being better and wanting to have the same one so it can be more appreciated. And I got ipad2,so no hate here.
Alexander Graham Bell's estate should sue Apple now for using the word....phone!
