Apple always targets Samsung and HTC, but not Sony, always bullying Korea and Taiwan but not Japanese. Damn apple, scared of Samurais and Japanese Mafia. Hah! What a wuss, or should I say iWuss.

Not only did Apple copy the Notification Bar from Google, but I believe they also use Google Maps for iGo. I'm not sure, anyway, it seems Apple's position is: "Let's sue everyone so they don't notice when we copy their stuff!"

All other phones which has 4G capabilities should patent it right now. so that crapple phones should be stuck at 3g. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust.

Mind you... It's Apple who pays google. Apple needs a search engine, they can't make one, so they the the best one. I have an apple tech support friend who told me this. 30% of the 3rd party application incorporated in iOS is paid by apple. the ones who pays apple are those who put their merchandise in apple store. Apple needs wants to be the best, so they pay the best. AND since they use the best they don't sue the best. they sue samsung instead of the Android OS. regardless.... again...this is an action of a shaky company facing a fall to the bottom ranks. Cheers!

Apple will keep on suing its rival for money because its simple, they are loosing the smartphone market to Android.
Why dont Apple sue Microsoft or Blackberry or Nokia Meego or etc..? I believe they still have something that are the same with Apple products.
Secondly, they are lack of new innovative ideas... in term of software and hardware.. :)

They dont fight with honor, but rather backstabbing, or even like crying ' papa papa, please they steal my candy' lol, LOL!!
I know apple is the most creative tech-maker, if they rather focus to make hi-tech phone to compete the other brand, well even samsung could be outsmarted by them.
But what? So shame for their shameless acts.

My 1st smartphone i have no idea which to choice, Ios, android & WP. After use a Nexus S with ICS, it just brilliant & so customizable. This the right way for a smartphone. Good job for google & android. Ios hardly come on that, just know to sue competitor.

Apple gonna sue the Orchard farm for stealing the name Apple for a fruit.
Seems like Apple doesn't even touch Microsoft with any sueing. And Did you guys realise that Microsoft didnot ask for any fund for the number of iPhones were sells?
I think Apple and Microsoft is up to something. To destroy the world! Microsoft has Apple shares and only some people knew it!
