20 July 2019
The petition asks a price tag of INR 20,000 as it offers less storage and RAM compared to other phones in the same price bracket.

You can't find any other phone with better specs at least on paper at that price.... If you cant afford them go somewhere else..

Lol! Those 400 or more who've signed that petition are all retards. If it's proving to be expensive for you, why can't you just buy something else or wait for a better priced phone to launch-as it is phones these days are launching every week almost. And why just fume over this Chinese company if you can't buy their products? Anyways, they're uploading all customer date to servers in China and into the hands of the advertisers. Scrap the petition and move on to other brands that give you more value for money, as simple as that. That's how a company knows if their product has been a success or a failure. You don't need to sign a petition to bring down a phone's price. It's for far more important things in life.:-)

AnonD-241270, 20 Jul 2019if this happen to be the new trend now we should see petiti... moreIt'll be more effective if we vote with our wallets. I never buy flagships due to non-removable batteries and now lack of 3.5mm jack. I also won't buy a mid-ranger anytime soon, because, as i said in my previous post, they are making too many compromises with them too. They just want to take our money and don't care about anything else. Well, then keep your POS phones to yourselves, i'll stick to my old one.

I am also an Indian but these users demanding price cut for already super competitively priced K20 series are a bunch of Losers!

And those laughingly small 400 signs for the petition show how many people even actually care about this stuff.

if this happen to be the new trend now we should see petitions for crApple things and O+, and sammy and even Sony.

Well, but hope this will be worldwide and not India specific!

why anyone more think in this?! lets spread the word and make this so brands are forced to do that.

I'm European and recent Xiaomi phones are even more extremely overpriced here. I'm all for better quality and less compromises in exchange for the rising prices, but that's not what i'm seeing. 9T doesn't have dual frequency GPS, doesn't have dedicated audio chip, speaker quality is mediocre too, display is AMOLED from an unknown manufacturer (And low quality AMOLEd is worse than LCD as it's more prone to deffects). Even the K20 pro turned out won't have super AMOLED from Samsung. It feels like they are asking more money for nothing, they'are just not offering better quality.

Answer xiaomi with your wallet, that will be much better then. A petition.

Also, there should be petition to reduce the price of OnePlus 7 Pro in India by 10000 INR.
                      Sad..

                        Lol
