Mi 9T / Redmi K20 is still better for me .
*has amoled display with smaller chin
*has notification LED
*has telephoto camera
*has MIUI , better than EMUI anyday
*has mush faster charger for battery
*has in display fingerprint sensor
*has much better developer support ( so, I can use Gcam , custom roms , custom kernels on it but can't do that with honor 9x )
*has high res sound for better audio technology
- Even if Kirin 810 is faster than SD730 , I can overclock SD730 to make it much faster , more powerful than K810.

Excellent price for the specs hope they keep it the same for the rest of the world. I was hopping for a bigger screen maybe a 6.8 to 7.0 or something but a 6.6 is fine also. they could have gone for a small notch instead of a pop up camera and a traditional fingerprint reader instead of a side mounted to achieve an even more aggressive price point. These thing would have save maybe like 20 dollars of the 203 dollar starting price. And also they do not add to the phones functionality they are just gimmicks. But still considering every thing really nice phone for the price.

Anonymous, 23 Jul 2019only the 256 version comes with ufs 2.1No, please check the official site honor.cn. Both 9X and 9X Pro come with UFS 2.1 Storage. Some sites have stated that only 256gb variant comes with UFS 2.1 but thats not True. Check the official site honor.cn

Can anybody confirm that the Honor 9X Pro also lacks fast charging? Only the regular 9X specs page can be found on Honor China and it's confirmed that it won't support fast charging

The base price for the standard 9x is actually sick, I was expecting it to be closer to $300. If the 810 really is a bit ahead of the SD730 that's quite a deal for the performance it should have.

LCD display but with side mounted fingerprint scanner, both disappointing and interesting at the same time. But it's nice to see more phones with side mounted fingerprint scanner, an I usually found it to be more convenient than front and rear.
