When you have a notch you know where is your edge of a movie screen but with a hole in screen the whole movie is divided among the hole around the whole screen it looks far worse than anything i can even imagine.
Even a frankenstein from the horror movie would design better how to make a well great screen.
Punch hole is complete disaster.

Speaking from millions of my customers reviews and experience.
In my stores phones with notch sells a lot better than with punchholes but unidisrupted screen I.E. no notch, no hole, no cut out still sells the best. Like Motorola phones for example.

Notch is beter than hole in the screen but full screen without any cut out is a lot better than anything we have now to pick from.
Another option is full screen with underdisplay front camera the only problem is this is something new and needs a lot of testing.

I am one of those guys who has to jump the lines on the street or step on them an equal amount of times with each feet, and trusth me, I could care lase for a camera hole in the screen. They claim that it ruins the video experience, I just don't understand how the notch and teardrp won't ruin it for them too?! Blindfolded I suppose.

GAMIRSFM, 25 Jul 2019Umm... can you explain why a notch is better than a punch h... moremaybe one reason is water drop notch and punch hole , will always break the display , but long notch , maybe you have a bar on top and you have full display! btw i like Honor 7x display with full corners (not round corners) and no notch ! btw round corner are much much beautiful and comfortable for eyes for me ! after then Honor 9x ! pop-up camera , i like mechanical pop-up more like in Honor Magic 2 ! it's more safe :) against hackers btw , i don't like flip-up main module camera ! because you haven't videos with both camera btw it's a rare option!

The mate line usually made breakthroughs, almost looked like it was a year before its time. I genuinely thought that huawei would make a good solution, but I guess I was wrong
