I never got monthly updates even when it was supposed to.
I never got quarterly updates even when it was supposed to.
Which page samsung puts the phone in almost doesn't matter.

I agree.
I remember when iPhone XS had problems that it wouldn't charge... then you could enter the phone without unlocking because of another bug...
I mean we get it. Everyone makes mistakes. But if they're charging over 1000$ for something - people will expect no excuse at that price tag. And Apple screws over way too much at that pricetag. And despite 1000$ phone having 400$ hardware (if we're generous) Apple is happy to charge you for stuff like cloud storage. And people still buy for some reason (even tho they did start to buy less).
And there is still a lot of people who will argue with us my friend. They will argue that Apple does justify their price somehow...
And I gotta say that my favourites are the ones defending Apple while still having old iPhones like 6S or 5S or SE and are proud on their headphone jack hahaha

I wouldn't be surprised if iOS 13 launches full of bugs in September despite going through all those betas and then they would have to keep pushing more and more updates just to fix all those security, wifi, battery issues. The same kind of problem as always.

Not surprised, since s7 line up is one of the most beloved Samsung smartphones by the consumers.

Xiaomi, OnePlus... but not Huawei. Huawei did ramp up their prices and some of Huawei phones are more expensive than Samsung flagships while not really offering much. I mean they have good camera for taking photos - their videos are kinda sucky, and everything else is pretty "meh".

And Apple is here alone, ripping you off easily.
New iPhone lacks features, the design is ugly or just same as previos 2-3 generations, doesn't have the best camera, iOS has it's own bugs, OS is closed and they will charge you everything despite the device itself costing over 1000$ - and you will still buy it.

They tried copy Apple phone style.. failed.
They tried copy Apple iOS style.. failed.
They now they try copy Apple OS updates. Good success, but they also open a can of worms.. people choose not to upgrade handset. No handset sale, no cash. Patch wrongly.. customer get angry even thou its free.. spam their support hotline.. which is not free.
Unlike Apple who still laugh at OEMs.. who rely on hardware. Apple still can charge for App store / subscription. So the OEM had to release their own software store.. huawei store.. samsung store.. mi store.. with minimum success.. because Google have their own play store.. they are all having a huge bloody wrestling match.

Now we have more competitive alterative models to choose from, particularly in the budget and mid range categories.

Hopefully Apple gets the memo as well. Can't wait for the Note 10+. Not as enthusiastic for the XI Max.
