Why are they still using that aging camera setup? (Upgrading the aperture alone is not enough). And why are they still using that archaic 2x telephoto zoom? These are things that should've been upgraded on S10 itself, but they're still present even on the Note 10.
Samsung charges a premium price for their flagships, so for them to not offer proper yearly upgrades is not reasonable.

Samsung's phones have the least amount of reso... moreIf u look at the DxO Mark Note 10 review under Texture & Noise, especially the plant photo, you can see how ruined Samsung's details are, grainy & halo ringing caused by the oversharpening, looks plasticky for me (Samsung resolve details are least favourite for me, Xperia 1 with their RAW noise reduction are the best). And they even mention Huawei are better on that regards, so DxO are not wrong either hurmmm.

What a joke. Samsung's phones have the least amount of resolved detail in low light conditions. They're not in the same league as Huawei, Google or even Sony.

(Look at the map, bills, clothing texture, etc)
That result also applies to previous S-series Phones. Note 10's marginal improvement isn't gonna be enough to make it equivalent to it's competitors.

The Cine lens, the huge sensors, and the color filters.....no matter how well Samsung has tweaked with software, the Note has got itself beat, even if marginally. However, I'm pretty surprised Samsung managed to really pull such great images even out of that old sensor. Makes me even more excited for next year's S11 and Huawei P40

Good for Samsung, squeezing those 1/2.55" sensor to the maximum potential...even S10+ 5G were good compare to normal S10+. (I've seen the comparison, details & colors are more natural on it). I agree about the video as well, simply the best for a smartphone right now (Iphone comes close). Andddd i know Samsung fans will suddenly believe in Dx0 Mark again lol. To my point of view, every points & explanation is spot on about most of the camera they reviewed.
But, Mate 30 Pro will launch next month...can Note 10 be dethroned? Huawei step up their game with more bigger sensor & looks like serious on video recording now, introducing new 'Cine Lens' feature. Lets see.
